9/15/7 - Living Waters

Living Waters
9/15/7

Water is one of the most important elements for life, health and well-being.  Without an adequate water supply our earth and our bodies would simply shrivel up and die.  Over two-thirds of the earth is covered by water and over 90% of our body is made up of water.  It is essential that our bodies are properly hydrated at all times so that they can function properly.  Experts recommend that we drink half of our body weight in ounces of water per day.  Now for me (I’m disclosing) that would be 75 ounces of water a day.  Since there are 126 ounces in a gallon of water, that means I need to drink nearly 3/4 of a gallon of water per day.  Now that’s a lot of water!  But just plain tap water doesn’t cut it.  It needs to be purified and preferably alkaline water to really do the job of cleansing and hydrating the body properly.  (See article entitled Balance Your Body, Balance Your Life)
But drinking water is not the only way to absorb the water that we need and also to cleanse the body.  In the Essene Gospel of Peace we read:

After the angel of air, seek the angel of water.  Put off your shoes and your clothing and suffer the angel of water to embrace all your body.  Cast yourselves wholly into his enfolding arms, and as often as you move the air with your breath, move with your body the water also.  I tell you truly, the angel of water shall cast out of your body all uncleannesses which defiled it without and within.  And all unclean and evil-smelling things shall flow out of you, even as the uncleanesses of garments washed in water flow away and are lost in the stream of the river.  I tell you truly, holy is the angel of water who cleanses all that is unclean and makes all evil-smelling things of a sweet odor.  No man may come before the face of God whom the angel of water lets not pass.  In very truth, all must be born again of water and of truth, for your body bathes in the river of earthly life, and your spirit bathes in the river of life everlasting.  For you receive your blood from our Earthly Mother and the truth from our Heavenly Father.
Think not that it is sufficient that the angel of water embrace you outwards only, I tell you truly, the uncleanness within is greater by much than the uncleanness without.  And he who cleanses himself without, but within remains unclean, is like to tombs that outwards are painted fair, but are within full of all manner of horrible uncleannesses and abominations.  So I tell you truly, suffer the angel of water to baptize you also within, that you may become free from all your past sins, and that within likewise you may become as pure as the river’s foam sporting in the sunlight.
Seek, therefore, a large trailing gourd, having a stalk the length of a man; take out its inwards and fill it with water from the river which the sun has warmed.  Hang it upon the branch of a tree, and kneel upon the ground before the angel of water, and suffer the end of the stalk of the trailing gourd to enter your hinder parts, that the water may flow through all your bowels.  Afterwards rest kneeling on the ground before the angel of water and pray to the living God that he will forgive you all your past sins, and pray the angel of water that he will free your body from every uncleanness and disease.  Then let the water run out from your body, that it may carry away from within it all the unclean and evil-smelling things of Satan.  And you shall see with your eyes and smell with your nose all the abominations and uncleannesses which defiled the temple of your body; even all the sins which abode in your body, tormenting you with all manner of pains.  I tell you truly, baptism with water frees you from all of these.  Renew your baptizing with water on every day of your fast, till the day when you see that the water which flows out of you is as pure as the river’s foam.  Then betake your body to the coursing river, and there in the arms of the angel of water render thanks to the living God that he has freed you from your sins.  And this holy baptizing by the angel of water is:  Rebirth unto the new life.  For your eyes shall henceforth see, and your ears shall hear.  Sin no more, therefore, after your baptism, that the angels of air and of water may eternally abide in you and serve you evermore.

The Essene Gospels, translated from the Dead Sea Scrolls, are the earliest recorded accounts of the life of Jesus Christ.  Could this also be the first description of holistic health practices which are becoming ever more widely practiced as cleansing?  I’ve been reading a fascinating book called The Hiram Key which, along with Gregg Braden’s work, alludes to how valuable the Essene Gospels are:

Egyptologists have never found an explanation for the expression ‘I have found the way’ in reference to secret matters, but we would interpret this as being instructed in secret knowledge that would thereafter become a way of life.  An important point is that the Essenes and Jerusalem Church used the same term for the following of their law.

Also in a must-read book by David Icke (he’s a popular Conspiracy Theory whistle-blower) called Infinite Love is the Only Truth Everything Else is Illusion (I love the title). The following is a modern account of what many are familiar with as colon cleansing:

The colon cleanse was also a very emotional—even spiritual—experience.  In the body hologram everything connects to everything else because everything is everything else.  We feel fear and nervous emotion in the colon area and some people call it ‘having the shits’ or being ‘shit scared’.  This is most appropriate because as the water cleans out the stored physical shit that has not been processed, so it unlocks the emotional shit that has not processed.  The physical always reflects the mental and emotional because they are expressions of the same DNA communication network—the same hologram.  There is a point in the cleanse where they focus on the section of the colon that represents the liver, and this also coincides with another process that directly cleanses the liver itself with a concoction you drink the night before.  This can be very intense physically and emotionally because the liver processes toxins and is known as the seat of anger.  While everything reflects everything else, the different organs specialize in certain things.  For example, the whole body is a DNA computer system receiving and transmitting information, but the brain is the central processing unit that specializes in communication traffic.  The liver is the toxin-removal specialist and that includes an emotional toxin—anger.
The gall bladder, which is part of the liver, produces fluid called bile and when we are describing someone venting anger we talk of them being full of bile.  Our everyday phrases describe many literal and symbolic truths without us realizing.  The liver dumps its toxins into the colon to be discharged, but when the colon is blocked, or if the body is massively toxic, there is more poison than can be processed.  The liver deals with this by producing little ‘stones’ made from hardened bile or minerals to block blood vessels and stop the toxins re-entering the bloodstream.  As the flow of blood is suppressed, the body protects the torso first, and the extremities become starved of optimum blood supply with many potential consequences.  Once the colon has been cleaned out, the liver is confident enough to dump more of its stored toxins into the exit system, and sometimes thousands of these little stones, together with the toxins, are washed from the body.  That certainly happened to Pam and me.  The difference in health is amazing, not least in the glow of the skin as its blood supply increases.  My friends couldn’t believe how much better I was looking…

There are many varieties of colon cleanses on the market and many professionals available for colonic irrigation.  Brad and I both do our own colon cleansing at home in the privacy of our own bathroom.  We do a high retention coffee enema at least once a week with incredible health results.  (Instructions are below)

High Retention Enemas

Enemas have been used for centuries for the purpose of cleaning out the large intestine.  The Essenes used them anciently for self-purification. (See The Essene Gospel of Peace)  Movie stars have used them as part of their daily routine.  There is even an enema named after a movie star, “The Mae West” which uses coffee, sea salt, and baking soda.  Garlic enemas have been known to kill parasites.  I know of a friend who actually cured herself of Leukemia with the daily use of coffee enemas.  As for me, I recommend a weekly coffee or herbal enema for good colon management.  (Some people prefer daily enemas, but for me that seems a bit excessive unless you have a chronic disease.)

How to Administer a High Retention Enema

1.     Prepare your enema by filling an enema bag with water, coffee, or herbal concoction (I prefer fresh-pressed herbs if possible).  Make sure the liquid is pure, strained and at body temperature (around 100 degrees).
2.     Fill the tub with warm water (you will want to be comfortable, as you will be lying in the tub for up to 20 minutes).
3.     Hang the enema bag above your head (a showerhead works well) making sure the clamp is clamped tight.
4.     Lubricate the insertion tube with Vaseline to glide smoothly.
5.     Climb into the warm tub of water and insert the enema tube.  Use the clamp or your fingers to adjust how quickly you allow the liquid into your bowels.  Too quickly will cause cramping.  Allow a small amount to clean out bowels initially.  Void on toilet.
6.     Next, allow the rest of the liquid to fill up your bowels completely.  Do circular massage in a counter-clockwise motion starting from the lower left hand side, up and across, then down the right hand side (the opposite way the lower bowel moves).  Do this for up to 20 minutes.  Start with about 5 minutes and work up.  Honor your body when it starts to cramp and you need to void.  This isn’t a contest to see if you can force yourself to hold the enema.  Be kind to your body.  Pelvic rocks work well to alleviate cramping.
7.     Sit on the toilet and allow your body to void the enema completely.  Don’t force it at any time.
8.     Finish with a warm water flush out.  You may add a tablespoon of MSM along with a capful of Min-Ra-Sol Colloidal Minerals for a purging, rejuvenating effect.  Also the MSM is great for bones, skin, hair and connective tissues.  This enema you do not need to retain as long as the coffee, but massage is helpful.
I also like to do an additional warm water rinse with a tablespoon each of vinegar, acidophilus and Aloe Vera to balance the pH and introduce friendly bacteria into the colon.

Last, but not least, I’d like to mention the water therapy which anciently and religiously is known as “baptism.”  My own modern version of baptism I call Watsu or Waterdance.  (See Chapter called “Harbin” in my Heart Wide Open book.)
The following is a bit about the connection between the two “therapies” found in the chapter called “The Davinci Code” in my book Heart Wide Open.

And this leads us to the third principle (or ordinance) of the Gospel which is “Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins.”  Now this is one I’d like to go into a little more detail here.  What exactly does Christ teach about baptism?  I’ve included a few scriptural references here for your reading pleasure:

And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.   (Matt. 3:16, 17)

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.  (Matt. 28:18, 19)

John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.  (Mark 1:4)

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  (John 3:5)

But where exactly did baptism come from?  Obviously, it was something that John the Baptist had introduced to his own followers even before Jesus came on the scene.  The Essenes (who some believe John and Jesus were part of) practiced these water rituals as stated in The Essene Gospel of Peace, translated by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely.

And all unclean and evil-smelling things shall flow out of you, even as the uncleannesses of garments washed in water flow away are lost in the stream of the river. For you receive your blood from our Earthly Mother and the truth from our Heavenly Father.”

I thought this was pretty interesting stuff regarding water ritual.  But even more interesting to me still is the information I uncovered in the book, The Templar Revelation by Lynn Picknett and Clive Prince concerning the history of baptism.

Where did John the Baptist get the ritual of baptism from?  Further delving revealed that it had absolutely no precedent in Judaism although references to ritual washing—repeated immersions symbolizing purification—are found in the Dead Sea Scrolls.  However, it is inaccurate to describe these rites as ‘baptisms’: what John advocated was a single, life-changing act of initiation that was preceded by confession and repentance of sins.  The fact that this ritual was without Jewish precedent is indicated by his title or nickname—John the Baptist—the only one, not one of many.  Indeed, it has often been taken as an innovation of his, although there are, in fact, many precedents and exact parallels outside the Jewish world.

Baptism as the outward and visible symbol of an inward spiritual renewal was a feature of many of the mystery cults that existed throughout the Hellenistic world at the time.  It had a particularly long tradition in the ancient Egyptian mystery cult of Isis and, significantly, baptism in her temples on the banks of the Nile was preceded by public repentance and confession of sins to the priest.”

Being a Watsu and Waterdance practitioner, I understand firsthand the power of water ritual or water therapies.  They can serve to unlock and unleash the powers of spiritual enlightenment like none other I have witnessed.   It is through this fluid medium that I have seen the true powers of God manifest in the form of kundalini energy.  There is a sacred, mystical connection here that I am just beginning to understand.  If truth is truth, then it will be verified in many different ways and by many witnesses.  Then we can understand it to be a correct principle and align with it to guide our lives by.  I believe this is one way that we do receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and receive what the Primitive Church called “Gnosis” or “to know God for oneself.”  It is by this means that we can gain a direct connection with God and become “sourcers.”

I hope you’ve enjoyed this information on Living Waters and continue to pursue the path of truth.  Incorporating (into the body) water therapies and water ritual is a valuable way to cleanse the body of toxins and impurities that the ancients recognized as “sin.”  I call “sin” the separation within each of us which prevents us from embracing the fullness of oneness which is the greatest joy and bliss that we can possibly experience in this life and in the next.  Or, in other words, “Infinite Love in the Only Truth, Everything Else is Illusion.”
